Been pretty busy lately. Got Mandriva Linux set up. I used to run Mandrake and OpenBSD back in the day. I'm pretty much all switched over now. I still have a windows partition for my games but everything else Linux now.
Looks like a new Lost Winds for Wii ware is coming out. I still need to finish the first one, but I liked what I did play of it. It has a great feel, it's relaxing and it is welcoming. It has an inviting art style and seems new and fresh but familiar. It looks like how 8-bit games looked in my childhood dreams.
Got some work done on the arg, but not as much as I'd like. I got really swamped this weekend. Then a friend invited me over for a Street Fighter 4 tournament. I got stomped. I think a series of drinking birds set up to hit buttons randomly would have done better. Though the last time I played Street Fighter it was for the SNES. I'm ok at Tekken, but not great. I may suggest a Goldeneye tourny next time or something I have a shot at getting less embarrassed at. PROTIP- Don't jump on Blanka when he is a ball of lightning just sitting there.
